You can see all the shortcut keys in Outlook on the Web by pressing the question mark. So, to quickly move messages out of the way, press C, type the category, press enter, press E, done. Note that if you still want to move your emails, this can also be done more easily in Outlook on the Web just by pressing the letter V and then typing the folder name. If you categorize an email, you are actually categorizing the mail thread as well, meaning that if you reply and someone replies back, it will have the category automatically assigned, so you only need to press E to move it into your archive.Moving email into one archive folder (just by pressing E) is much quicker than moving it into a specific folder. You can assign multiple categories to one email, while you can only store an email into one folder. For me the main advantages for using categories versus using folders are: I honestly have over a hundred different folders to move email messages into, but now I switched to just categorizing and then moving it to my archive folder by pressing the letter E. I find this super useful and is not something that can be found in Outlook Desktop. When you create or modify a calendar entry, you will actually see a preview of your calendar entry on the side and will allow you to move it to a different time or use the handles to change its length. More information about PWAs and its advantages, please see this video from the 2019 Ignite Conference.ΔΆ. When looking ahead, you could even say that if all your apps would become PWAs, your future Operating System could even just be your browser (I know that is a bold statement, but I'm a fan :-)). There are more advantages of PWAs such as easy updating for the developers (no more republishing to a store) and cross platform capabilities (you just need a web browser). So, I do hope these functions will be added in the future. Although it is now a very basic PWA, which merely gives you an icon and description, PWAs can have much more features such as offline capabilities, notifications and jump lists. The Outlook on the Web version is officially a basic Progressive Web App (PWA) now, which means it is a web application which can have the look and feel of a native desktop application.
